Update of the journal site

Dear colleagues!

The OJS platform on the site has been updated. Now fully functional: switching between languages (English and Ukrainian), registration of new users and access to personal cabinet. In a personal account (User Home) you have the opportunity to submit articles for review by the Editorial Board of the Journal.
